The tool below describes about sixty sports that may be undesirable for people suffering from certain disorders (cardiovascular or musculoskeletal problems, chronic diseases, balance disorders, etc.). With rare exceptions, practicing these sports is not strictly forbidden, but the opinion of a specialist doctor and a sports doctor is always required before engaging in it.
For example, in asthmatics, the only contraindicated sport is diving. But other sports (races) require the opinion and advice of a pulmonologist. This tool also presents sports that are harder to start after the age of 55.
